I began the day with some (needed) organization, and then made some calls for Senior Voice.
Sharon and I ate at Ruby Tuesday’s, and then got haircuts from Kim Soto at Headquarters Salon.
We had a dance lesson with Anya Kwan at Avon Ballroom, and then rushed over to the Avon Lake Democrats Annual Summer Picnic, where keynote speaker David Pepper – our next attorney general – gave a great talk.
Back home, I studied Russian for 20 minutes, and rode the bike for 25.
I updated this blog – life of Charles – and then went to a dental specialist in Lakewood at 11, after having lunch at the Rustic.
Back home, it was off to the Fitness Edge – emphasis on chest and biceps, secondary fingers, wrists, neck, abs, and calves.
Progress was made on our bathroom update:
Sharon and I had lunch at the Red Robin in Avon Commons, and then went food shopping at Heinen’s, for humans, and the Rock Pile for our friends, the birds.
I feed same when we got home, helped put away the groceries, and then we had a dance lesson with Anya at Avon Ballroom – waltz and foxtrot, and ate at the Rush Inn, which is almost next store.
Back home, I had a live studio session in Rosetta Stone – Russian, and then worked on our 1960 Mini, getting the exhaust ready for powder coating.
