I added dropbox to two boxes.

We went to the tribe game – a 1-0 10 inning walk off.

Dogs did well.

I trained at the gym, prepared for our visitors, and had a carotid ultrasound.

I blogged, laundred sheets, we had lunch at the rush in, and shopped for food.

Worked in the office, and installed oo 4.1.2 on windows 10.

I studied Russian and had a lesson with Lera.  We used Skype on my iPad and Linux system.

I prepared for yoga with Katie, and then yoga!

Katie’s Kute sister Kerrie kame over: she is going to watch Babe while we travel.

Kerrie will be great!

 

 

I balanced the air pressures in Rhoda.

Studied Russian and then had a russian lesson with Lera.

Babes new leash arrived.

A great dance lesson with Julie!

Our house is being painted by Paul Sedar.

I rested, studied, and watched the game.

Shoulder improving…

 

I rested, recovered, and worked in the office.

I rested from exercise, and had a physical exam with my PCP.  He had an x-ray done of my shoulder, and they say I have arthritis.

Today I did blood work for my physical, got a haircut for my appearance, and I had grilled steak for my appetite at our county Democrat event.

I experienced pain in my left shoulder.
