I studied Russian, trained at the gym, and had a lesson with Lera at Troubadours.

We ate at Hooley House.

In the Russian tradition (and in reality also American) Sep 1 marks the start of Fall.

Katie came over for Yoga, and I made us smoothies.

For supper, we carried in from Fratellos.

We prepped for our cleaning crew, and then I trained at the gym, after which I went to our weekly Dem lunch, followed by a russian lesson, followed by a dance lesson, followed by a LocoBrits meeting: non-stop 9 through 9.

I studied Russian and worked in the den organizing.

I studied Russian, exercised chest and biceps at the gym, had a Russian lesson, and in the early evening, Brad came over, and we worked on Mini – cotter key in clutch lever.

We took care of the cats.

The Put in Bay Road race revival started.

The high point of the day and of the week was Katie arriving and leading us in Yoga!

I also studied Russian and mathematical physics.
