I got up,walked our dog babe,  did some chores, studied Russian, and then went to the gym, where I trained chest and biceps – did well in bench press!

Then I went to Troubadour, where I had a good Russian lesson with Lera – the girl from Volgagrad – who works hard to help me.

Back home, we shopped for food, and grilled out.

I did some work on my new jack.

I spent most of the day relaxing, but worked on my new quick jacks in the garage.

We grilled out – chicken.

Our first yoga teacher was in town for the weekend!
