I trained lower body and shoulders at the gym, and then went to our lunch: good news from Lorain!
Then it was downtown for a great Russian lesson with Lera, and downtown getting ready for RNC.
Back home, we grilled out.

12 July 2016: A very busy Tuesday
Tonight our son Allen, his wife Sarah, and her parents are coming over for a picnic.
I cleaned in the house, including both bathrooms, and the rec room.
At 2pm, Katie came over and gave us what we had coming: great yoga!
After my turn,I watered flowers and then took Mini out for a run.
In the evening Allen and Sarah arrived with her parents Becky and Brad, and we had the picnic. (N.B.: the grille chef was quite hot, at 308K outside!)
They admired the rec room and garage upgrades.
A good, busy day!
