In the evening, I took Mini out for a 20 minute 5mi run – went well.

I studied some Russian, some physics, and some politics – Lakoff.

We grilled chicken for supper.

 

I studied Russian, worked out at the gym, and had a Russian lesson.

We grilled out at home…

I studied Russian and physics, and a dance lesson with Julie: foxtrot, triple time swing, night club two step, and rumba.

Sharon and I went to a political event at the Bohemian Hall for NARAL pro-choice Ohio.

There was some sort of political convention in town, and we watched a speech, with a set of Liz and others providing commentary.

A late, but great night!

I trained at the gym, then had a Russian lesson, and in the evening we had a birthday dinner for Allen at Cabin Club…

In the morning I food shopped for our AL dems picnic, and at 1:15 Katie came over for lunch.

The Yoga was great, as was our picnic – Francis Strickland was great!

I trained at the gym, had a Russian lesson, and around home did the dishes and other cleaning.

Our daughter Valerie was here from the previous evenings party.

Around 1 she went back to columbus, and I had a Russian lesson.

We grilled at home.

I studied Russian, Valerie arrived, and in the early evening, we went to Allen’s house for a surprise party for his mother in law Beckie.

When we arrived, Linda was on top of everything.

I trained back and triceps at the gym, and then had a Russian lesson with Lera at Troubadours.

We had supper with Brad and Lyn at Red Robin near Great Northern.

(N.B.: on the twice a month salary system, pay was 15 and last day of month.  In the days of checks, money before the weekend was much appreciated.)

We had a dance lesson with Julie:waltz, tango, cha-cha, and rumba.
