31 May 2016: three forms of exercise!

I trained  biceps, chest, calves, and abdoms at the gym.

Katie came over for yoga, and I wore my new shirt!

In the evening, I had  dance lesson: night club two step, rumba, and waltz.

Sharon had a banquet, and I studied Russian and physics.
