I trained legs and shoulders at the gym, and then had lunch with Sharon at Panera, where I also prepared for my Russian lesson downtown with Daniil.
When I was in high school, I had a book: German through pictures. I recently wondered if a Russian version existed, I ordered same through Amazon, and it arrived today.
In the evening, it was Loco Brits: I drove Rhonda.
I studied sagemath and Russian, and had a great dance lesson with Julie: tango; waltz; and swing.
At seven, we had our monthly AL Dems meeting: I was reelected vice-chair.
I trained biceps and chest sat the gym, and then organized and prepped for yoga with the most fabulous katie!
I read a refererence to Mathimatica in a physics book, and wondered if there is an opensource version? There is: SageMath – downloaded, configured, and installed!
We had brunch at Urban farmer with Allen and Valerie.

Allen came over early, and we took Mini of of hybernation, prepped her, and went for a short ride.
I had a Russian lesson, and Valerie, Sharon, and I ate at Dante in Tremont.
I upgraded Ubuntu to version 16.04 and improved performance by changing a tuning parameter -swappiness.
I trained back and triceps at the gym, and Sharon and I ate lunch at Red Robin, and shopped at Heinen’s – food.
I had a Russian lesson with Daniil at Troubadors, and we ate supper at home.
We enjoyed both the Indians and Cavs wins in Detroit.
Our decorator of the week – Patti – came over, and we installed two new chairs and she showed us some of our new lighting.
Some of my items date to 1966: for example the wall system, the cocktail table, and the pole lamp.
Thursday usually means a concert at Severance Hall, today included.
We had dinner before the concert at the Michelson-Morley Restaurant on the CWRU campus.

The concert consisted of: Polonia Overture; Wagner; Piano Concerto No. 2, Chopin; and Symphony No. 3, Beethoven.
The conductor was Antoni Wit; and the soloist Jan Lislecki.
After his performance, Jan sat in the box two over from ours.
He signed CD’s after the concert.
A great ending to a great day!
