Monday Nov 16 2015: From the clinic to down dog, with the original pancake house in between

Valerie, Sharon and I got up early to make the appointment at the clinic: oncology time.  The staff was great!

For lunch, we stopped at the Original Pancake House in Westgate.

Back home, Katie came over for yoga, and support.

I took a nap, studied Russian, and then followed Bernie’s great speech on a live stream.
