I had an EGD with biopsy and dilation yesterday: all is well, I think, and I never even felt the tranq.

I trained back and triceps at the gym, and then darling Katie came over for house call yoga.
I made myself ready for close encounters with other humans, and then went to the Lorain County Courthouse for an interview with Grand Jury judge Rothgary: I am going to be a foreman of the Grand Jury this quarter.
Our carpet was to have been done today, but they delayed because the adhesive strips had not set up.

We had a concert at Severance: Mahler Symphony #3: 95 minutes long.

 

We prepared the house for the cleaners, and I trained lower body and shoulders at the gym.

I started Mini, and all checked out well, so I drove to Loco Brits.  Our meeting went well.
