I had an early appointment with an ENT: it went well.  They scheduled a procedure to work on my esophagus.

I trained legs and shoulders at the gym, and then went to our Dem lunch.

Studied Russian.

We had lunch at Appleby’s and then shopped for food at Heinens in the same complex.

Later, it was a great dance lesson with Julie: cha cha; tango; and waltz.

I chaired the AL dems meeting.
