Friday 18 Sep 2015: Yoga, 73 is the new 37, and British cars

This week is our Fairview class of 1960’s 55th reunion.  In the late morning, I picked up classmate and fellow XDS employee Mike Weldon, for a top down drive-by tour of the city, which included the Gold Coast, the Rock Hall, the Great Lakes Science museum, and the flats East Bank.

We also drove around the old home town, and found much of it improved over 1960.

Lunch was at Heck’s Avon, as Mike said a good burger sounded fine.

I took him for a drive in our 1960 Mini, and he liked it.  I took Mini to Damon’s, where we had cocktails and conversation.

I ended the evening at Chuck Linicks, where he hosted us in a patio get together.
