We had an old couch and some other items removed from the basement.

In the evening, we had a good bike ride.

We prepped for yoga, and Katie arrived: she did a great job!

In the evening, we rode bikes.

I trained at the gym, and then off to our weekly dem lunch.

Sharon and I had dinner at bar 145, and then I was off to a political meeting.
