Today, our youngest – Valerie –  is 35.

I had an appointment with Kim – my nutritionist, a Russian lesson with Daniil, and did a little on Mini.

I trained legs and shoulders at the gym, attended our weekly Democrat lunch, and then had a Russian Lesson with Daniil.  I ate dinner at home, and worked on Mini
