I trained at Tru Core,

When I got home, it was a quick turn around, and we had lunch at Red Robin, shopped for mostly paper products at Costco, and food at Heinen’s (both in Avon Commons).

Got home, unloaded, and went for a Russian lesson at Troubadours with Daniil.

We grilled out: burgers, corn, and tomatoes.
