I had a physical therapy session at 10 am, and an appointment with my nutritionist at 1220.

Sharon and I ate at Don’s Lighthouse, and then we went to Severance Hall, for a pre-concert lectured followed by a concert.

I trained at the gym, took care of the taxes, and had an early Russian lesson.

Back home, I did some chores.
