I trained at the gym, and with the outdoor temp at 82F, after stopping at the CPA, we went on a long top down car cruise.
We went West to Vermilion, where we had lunch at Quaker Steak on the river, and then back east through on US6 through Vermilion, Lorain, Sheffield Lake, Avon Lake, Bay Village, Rocky River, and then over to the Metroparks, where we rode the Valley Parkway until the Berea Falls overlook.

As we drove back, the sky darkened, and we stopped at Bradford landing to take a picture:

The temp dropped from 82 to 67 in 15 minutes.
