In the AM, we had a brunch at Latitude 41N with Mensans – it was the start of a new scheduled event.

I stopped at Airport MINI

 

to have our new seatbelt extenders installed

 

Then I stopped at the Fairview Library to study Russian – http://www.cuyahogalibrary.org/Branches/Fairview-Park.aspx

and went across the street to have a Russian lesson with Daniil at Troubadours.

I trained back and triceps at the gym, and then, after lunch, I had a massage with tennie at EMH.

Back home to change, and then I went downtown to see the lovely mellisa at JonesDay, and collected my football winnings.

 

I ate at Beardens, and then went over to feed the cats at Allen and Sarah’s .

I had a Russian lesson with Daniil at Starbucks.

 

I did some chores, and then helped Sharon off to Columbus, for the 2015 OFWC convention.

After a productive session with my life coach, I went to a political fund raiser: went well!

 

I trained at the gym, and then attended our weekly democratic lunch.
I had an appointment with my hand specialist, and feeling is improving on my right hand.
I had a Russian lesson – sentences – and rode the bike for 15 minutes.

I studied Russian, general relativity, and quantum physics.

Gave Mini a test run.

In the evening, it was swing and waltz with Julie.

I trained at the gym – chest and biceps, and studied Rusian.

In the evening, I helped sharon with OFWC registration.

I had a russian lesson with Daniil.

Earlier in the day, I refueled mini.

Allen came over for dinner.

I trained at TRU COR in the AM, studied Russian, and had a lesson with Daniil at Starbucks in the evening.

I had a physical therapy session at 10 am, and an appointment with my nutritionist at 1220.

Sharon and I ate at Don’s Lighthouse, and then we went to Severance Hall, for a pre-concert lectured followed by a concert.
