We had a Mensa event to Celebrate PI day, and cheered at 3.14.15 9:26:54.

It is Einstein’s birthday, as well.

I had a Russian lesson with Daniil at Troubador Coffee, return my books on Russian and physics to the CPL, dropped a book on Race Car Design off at my son’s house, and went to Crocker Park, where I obtained office supplies, and bought a copy of War and Peace, by Лев Никола́евич Толсто́й  (book in English).

Hung out at Starbucks, where I read in the L O N G intro of W&P, and admired the local talent.

Sharon returned from Columbus, and we had pizza pie delivered.

I trained at the gym – great workout – but afterward I had a very sore and stiff lower back: luck?
We had lunch at Max and Irma’s, Sharon went down to Columbus to administer retail therapy to our Daughter Valerie, and I took it easy for the rest of the day.

I worked on old computer mail, rode my bike for 30 minutes while listening to Sean Carroll lecture on quantum physics, and prepped for my session with my life coach.

Our Daughter’s dog – Laylia – had to be put down: loss of a family member.

We ate at the Clifton Wine and Martini Bar, and enjoyed a great concert at Severance, including the Seventh – http://www.cleveland.com/musicdance/index.ssf/2015/03/cleveland_orchestra_fabio_luis.html .

Enjoyed the Cavs improbable victory.

 

I trained legs and shoulders at gym, attended our dem lunch, and had a physical therapy appointment at the Clinic Avon.

Organized my mail, had a Russian lesson at StarBucks!

The lovely Jen came over for Yoga, I got my hair done by the lovely Kim, and then we had a dance lesson from the Lovely Julie.
Dinner was at Bistro 83.

I took care of some organization and then trained chest and tri’s at
the gym.

We ate at the Vintage cafe, and shopped at  heinens (groceries).
I studied Russian, and did my PT.
