Day: March 3, 2015

I trained at the gym – chest and biceps.
I called my neuologist – dr. sese  – and his office faxed in a request to EMH, where I got a series of xray’s.
I had also talked with my urologist, and went to superior medical for a PSA test.

Back home, I studied Russian, and then had a lesson with Daniil at Starbucks.

I did my new occupational therapy exercises twice.

Slow day – snowy.

We went to River to care for the cats, and rotated the Spring dishes into place.
