I trained at the gym, and had a massage from Tennie at EMH.
We shopped at heinens, and I had a russian lesson from Daniil at Starbucks.

I rode my bike for 30min.

When I got up, I did the dishes, and we moved the furniture back into the family room after the carpet dried from its cleaning.

I had a Russian Lesson with Daniil, went to a political meeting, and then it was back home.

We ate in, I read in the Great Books, and rode my bike for 30 min.

I took care of some detail tasks, and updated my Dell Inspiron 2350 system.

I also studied Russian.

At the gym, I trained hips, thighs, glutes, and shoulders.

I attended a Dem lunch, and in the evening, we had our LocoBrits meeting.
