We had a yoga session with Jen, I made some progress on my windows system, and then we had an al dems mtg in the evening.

I trained at the gym: Chest and biceps primary.

We ate at Red Robin in Avon and food shopped at Heinens.
I took care od some administrative tasks, and we had a dance lesson with Julie: cha cha and rumba.

Supper was at outback- gift card.
