I studied Russian, and had a lesson with Daniil at Troubadours Coffee.
Shopping: prescriptions at CVS, smoke detectors at THD, and food at Heinens.

I installed the new detectors.

 

I trained back and tris at my gym, and then had a massage from Tennie at EMH..

We ate dinner at Bob Evans, and I rode the bike for 30 minutes.

I studied Russian.
