Wednesday 29 Oct 2014: A bit of this and more of that

We preped for our cleaners, and then I trained legs and shoulders at the gym, showered, and went to our weekly dem lunch, before heading off to a Russian Lesson with Daniil at Troubadours.

In the early evening, I went to our monthly Locobrits meeting.
