Monday the 8th of September 2014: three kinds of exercise!

Jen came over for a yoga session, and then I went to the gym, where I trained chest and biceps primary.

I ate left overs for lunch, Sharon made chilli for supper, and then we had a great dance lesson with Julie: Waltz and Rumba – we learned a new step in each.
