Jen came over to do yoga with us one at a time, and then I blogged in this site.
We had lunch at the macaroni grille and we concerned about our 2009 Cooper S – it was making a strange sound.
We went to Airport Mini, found out it was an expensive repair and drove the car, above.
We drove it home, and had dinner at B spot.

I had a Russian lesson with Daniil at Starbucks Avon, stopped at my friend/fellow car guy chuck linnick’s, and then back home, Allen & Sarah came over with dinner.
I had a Russian lesson with Daniil, and the I went to a political meeting, where we heard several motivating speakers on organizing and the elections: “The real victory is deciding to fight”.
Back home, we packed up and went to our Lorain County British Car Club fall social in Vermilion: good food; great location; and fabulous people!
I trained back and triceps primary at the gym, and then had a session with my life coach.
Sharon and I went for a cruise in our 2009 Mini Cooper S – above- with the hood down through the Rocky River Reservation, and had supper at the
burntwood tavern.
We worked on our trip to New York state.
I had an appointment at vw for our 2013 Tiguan.
We had a good dance lesson with Julie – Rumba, and afterward, we ate at bar louie in CP.
I trained legs and shoulders at the gym, and then it was off to our weekly dems lunch.
I had an appt at my eye doctor, went home, and recovered from the drops.
I worked on cars:
added tyre pressure to our 2009 MINI Cooper S convertible, and then tested out our 1960 Mini, which I drove to LocoBrits Meeting.
Sharon helped me put the MTTS sticker on the right rear window.
Back home, I rode my exercycle for 30 minutes.
Lunch was at Ruby Tuesday (salad bar), then we stopped to pick up some discs at our neurosurgeon, and I got my hair done by the lovely Kim at HQ.
Progress Ohio had sent me on a mission to an event at the new Cleveland Convention Center, and although I was not able to interview the person in question, I was overwhelmed at the Center and the attached Global Center for Health Innovation!
(I got my quota of exercise by walking from Tower City to the Center and back.)
We ate dinner at home.
I planned the week, did some admin tasks,and then trained chest and biceps at the gym.
We went shopping at Cosco and Heinen’s, and then grilled out brats.
In the morning Valerie rode – a blue ribbon!

Our trip back began on scenic, hilly, twisty roads leading up to the Interstates- the variety of our state’s geography always amazes me.

We drove to Milford OH – near cincy – and checked into yet another motel
Then – after lunch – it was off to majestic farms where our daughter Valerie showed her hourse in dressage.
We all had dinner at a local mex restaurant, and off to a deep sleep.
