I had an appointment at a cardiologist, who gave me a clean report – see you in six.
I had brunch at home, took “Catherine the Great” back to the ALPL, and then went to B&N at Crocker,  where I bought a copy, and studied Russian.
I had a Russian lesson with Daniil at a Starbucks, and then we grilled out.
I rode the bike for 30 min, and watched a course on biology.

Today is the birthday of a number of friends, including Michelle.

We had to prep for the cleaning crew, and then off to the gym, where I trained legs and shoulders.
After lunch, I had a urology appointment (PSA=3.6).
We ate at Jakes, and then I went to a political meeting, where we worked on election 2014.
