
In the AM, I prepared for the day by locating a form for my psa,,and our dance shoes for a lesson.
My workout at the gym was chest, biceps, abdoms, forearms, and calves.
I went to the lab for a psa, and then we had salad bars at Ruby T’s.
I had a great session with my life coach, got some corn for dinner, and then we had a dance lesson: foxtrot and waltz.
After that, we stopped for a pop at Jakes, and grilled lamb chops to go with the corn.
