rrfI did legs and shoulders at the gym, and the we had an appointment with a neurosurgeon: Nothing wrong – see me in 6 months.
We had lunch at Ruby Tuesday, and then went on a cruise through AvonLake

We grilled out, and – for the first time in two months – I rode my stationary bike – for only 12m.
