8 August 2014: Some of this, some of that

A number of my friends – FaceBook and others, had birthdays today.

At the gym it was back and triceps primary, and then home for lunch.

We then ran errands: picked up dry cleaning and prescriptions at CVS; went over to Superior lab for an a1c test; on to Pickerings for fruit and corn; and then to Heinen’s for other groceries.

I renewed my FFRF membership; contributed to American prospect; and blogged to freethought and charlog, and made some progress on MLC.

We grilled out: lamb chops, salad, and sweet corn, and then I  did the dishes right away.

I studied Russian, and read history.
