Jen came over, and we did yoga, then I went straight to the gym, where I did 9 sets on chest, 9 on biceps, 9 on calves, 3 on abdoms, 2 on my neck, and one one wrists and fingers.

I had a Russian lesson, and then we had dinner at BWT, stopping at Webers afterwards.
