I studied Russian in the Sun Room
and then went to Troubadour’s Coffee on Lorain in Fairview Park
where I had a great Russian lesson from Daniil: his Mother and godmother where there to taste the great coffee
I picked up prescriptions, went home, and then we had dinner at The Cabin Club with Allen and Sarah – very good.
Back home, I studied, and then rode my bike for 30 min 7.4mi.

I started with prepping the house for the cleaners (picking up, dishes, etc), and then training at the gym – legs and shoulders primary.
Then it was off to our weekly democrat lunch.
I met Sharon at Panini’s , where she had lunch, and then we went flower shopping at Pettiti’s – hanging baskets.
In the early evening, I attended an event for our next state senator- Marcus Madison – at QS&L in Sheffield.
I Studied Russian, and rode my bike for 45 minutes = 11 miles.
