At the Gym, I recalled what my Yogi Master Jen had said about breathing: contraction inhale; expansion exhale – it helps.

A quick lunch at home, and then a Russian Lesson with Daniil at troubadours.

Back home, studied, read, and Sharon and I Ate at the Vintage Cafe.

I rode the stationary Bike for 10.4 miles.
