Started at the gym (Fitness Edge in Avon Lake), where I trained thighs, hips, glutes, trics, obliques, and calves.
Then – after preparing myself for Close Encounters with Other Humans – I went to the weekly Dem lunch.
There, a request was made for a new blog to counter Republican efforts. I volunteered to do it, and by 2100 hrs it was up with a registered domain name.
I studied Russian Language, and rode my bike for more than 7 miles (indoors).
Began at the Fitness Edge, where I trained legs and shoulders.
Then onto our weekly democrat lunch, where

The end of the day was on my bike for 60 min
Began with a work out at the Avon Lake Fitness Edge: legs; shoulders; obliques; and calves. We went to lunch at the Panera Bread in Avon Commons, where I spoke with the lovely Connie Schultz.
Back home, we put decorations up in the living room.
Sharon had a spill of chilli on our year old wool carpet in the family room, which consumed the remainder of my evening activities..

We had lunch at Quince, in the Grand Pacific junction area in Olmsted Falls, and then went to The I-X Center, for an Arts and Crafts show (or read my iPad).
Back home, it was consume leftovers for dinner.
