Mon 7 Nov 2011: Exercise and Activism

I began the day at the Laborers 310 hall in Cleveland, where AFL-CIO President Rich Trumka motivated us on the need for GOTV on state issue 2.

A group from Occupy Cleveland was present, as were about 70 students from Columbia University.

I had breakfast at the Rustic in Rocky River, and coffee at the Starbucks across the street.  http://www.pluggedincleveland.com/restaurants/1669+rustic+restaurant.html

Back home, I went to my workout at the Fitness edge (Chest and Biceps), and then we had lunch at Bob Evans.

Ate left overs at home, and rode my bike for 60 min before watching the Daley Show.

Sun 6 Nov 2011Brunch and flames

We did brunch at the new Burntwood Tavern (where the Pub used to be).. The cost of the redo would put someone through Harvard College and Yale Law, as I recognized nothing.

We shopped at Heinen’s Bay Village on the way home, and then grilled out, with a fire in our pit.

I rode the cycle for 60 min, and that was Sunday.
